Refugee Protection

Everyday people flee their country of citizenship because their lives are at risk in that country. We represent clients with their claims for refugee protection in Canada whether their claim in made at the port of entry or inland. Representation includes:

• Preparing the forms needed to initiate a claim including the Basis of Claim form
• Advising on the necessary evidence to strengthen your claim
• Preparation for and representation at the refugee hearing

We also assist in Refugee appeals at the Refugee Appeal Division (RAD) and with Pre Removal risk Assessments (PRRA).
